Rate guarantee

If you find a lower rate for your stay on another site, we'll match it. These are the terms.

1. 01

   It applies to rates published on online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and Super.com.

2. 02

   The rate must be for the same dates, room type and number of guests, with the same cancellation and breakfast conditions.

3. 03

   We compare the total price of the stay, taxes included, in the same currency.

4. 04

   The rate must be available to book at the time you send it to us.

5. 05

   Email reservas@velaloretohotel.com a screenshot of the rate and the link, within 24 hours of your direct booking and before you arrive.

6. 06

   If your request meets these terms, we adjust your direct booking to the rate you found.

7. 07

   It does not apply to rates that require signing in or a membership, corporate or group rates, packages with flights or car rental, or opaque and auction rates.
